The WVREALCB oversees the licensing of both individual Appraisers and Appraisal Management Companies. If you have an allegation against a licensee, please note the following:
- Allegations should contain statements of fact
- Allegations can only be made if the Appraiser or Appraisal Management Company is known
- A full and complete appraisal report should be supplied with the allegation, when applicable
- Any additional documents that can substantiate facts should be provided
- All fields on the form should be filled out as thoroughly as possible
