All renewals must be postmarked by May 31, 2026 

Applications p​ostmarked after May 31st will incur a $250 per month late fee (up to 3 months / $750 maximum)

WVREALCB is not processing appraiser and apprentice renewals at this time

For Continuing Education this year, the following will be required:  7-Hour 2026 USPAP Update & 7-Hour Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
